1 Graham Cracker Crust
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Prepare Graham Cracker Crust in a 9" springform pan.
Mix cream cheese, lemon juice and milk until smooth and creamy.
Pour into crust.
Chill for 6 hours until firm.
Add topping of your choice, or serve plain.
